Olivia Meyia-Takoukam-Gatineau, QC

olivia Olivia holds a Masters of Arts degree in Integrated Studies with specialization in cultural and community studies at Athabasca University and a Bachelor of Arts Honours Degree in Mass Communication at Carleton University. Her areas of interest are in digital culture, and new technology.

Olivia is a digital savvy, focused on social media, and customer engagement. With over 5 years of experience defining digital and social media strategies, she has consistently created positive experiences for customers as well as powerful word-of-mouth opportunities for the global brands she has worked for including Canada Post Corporation, i2i Intergenerational Society, Network of Black Business and Professional Women, and Athabasca University Graduate Student Association, and ExSSA-Canada.

She has gained 7 years of experience in the communications, public relations, marketing industry, and is an active blogger on several sites.
She think in terms of possibilities, believing that bringing people, ideas, projects and technology together can make something bigger and better than it is now. In all of her roles she has collaborated and partnered in nurturing programs that have resulted in lasting benefits to the organizations and their customers.

IMG_4118‘I’m a founding Director of i2i Intergenerational Society of Canada. I worked as an Activity Director with the care facility of the Meadows School Project. Later I volunteered with the Meadows School Project so have seen intergenerational immersion from the health and education side.’
